Customer reviews

‘‘ Very informative, great opportunity for discussion, engaging and knowledgeable facilitators.’’ – Jess from Ingeus.

‘‘It was very comprehensive, with quizzes and case studies to reinforce the learning. Very clear slides which were not overloaded with text. There was ample opportunity for questions, discussions, insights and breaks. The trainer went with the flow which meant topics were covered naturally as they came up and insights into his experience were very valuable. I really appreciated the advice at the end on a particular case I am working on and the offer of help. We also learned about the wider picture and the history of benefit reform and hopefully good legislation which is coming up. I very much like the ethos of Society Matters and how personable the courses are. The links are very useful as a resource and the hand out. Plus, as I work for a very small charity with limited funds the courses are affordable and accessible. Very well organised and lots of thought put into the content’’ –  Zoe, Participation and Safeguarding Officer from Hear Me Out
